- LMC Business will provide you with a FREE training solution plan, offering you the right training at the right price, and help you access any FREE training which is available.
- The LMC Business Team will provide you with an accurate and appropriate solution to your enquiry within a maximum of 8 working days.
- The LMC Business Administration Team will provide a contract for any training undertaken, including dates, delivery method, cancellation and payment terms.
- If LMC Business is unable to meet your needs we will suggest an alternative named provider and contact person or will refer to local brokerage services.
- All complaints will be dealt with by the LMC Business Manager who will respond initially within 24 hours.
