- Our experienced and motivated team of tutors and assessors will train your staff at college or in the workplace, wherever suits you best
- LMC Business will help you to recruit the right staff at our Job Night matching event and by our Vacancy Matching Service
- LMC Business invite you to networking events where you can learn about industry best practice
- LMC Business will help you to measure the impact training and development has on your business
- The LMC Business Administration Team will provide a contract for any training undertaken, including dates, delivery method, cancellation and payment terms.
- If LMC Business is unable to meet the Employers’ needs we will suggest an alternative named provider and contact person or will refer to local brokerage services.
- Employers’ complaints will be dealt with by the LMC Business Manager who will respond initially within 24 hours.
