General information
The Advanced Construction Award (ACA) is designed as a progression route for those that have achieved the ICA or equivalent. ACAs directly relate to NVQ Level 3s and can therefore be formally recognised as progression.
Who is the course for?
Anyone wishing to progress from ICA (or equivalent) in their chosen skill but is not employed in the Construction Industry following that specific track route.
What do I need to join the course?
You will need ICA in Wood Occupations (Site) or equivalent and GCSE A*-C English and maths. You should have evidence of good skills in practical subjects, enthusiasm for the subject area and show commitment to your studies.
