You’ll gain commercial experience in the award winning Coulson’s Restaurant on campus as well as on work placements and events throughout the year.

Apprenticeships:
The range of Hospitality & Catering courses at LMC will equip you with the skills and knowledge you’ll need to succeed and progress into further study or employment in restaurants, bars, cafes, hotels, spas and holiday resorts around the world.
Last year students were involved with the catering at Chester Races, managing a speciality night at the Sun Café in Lancaster and hosting charity dinners and a programme of specialist events in Coulson’s Restaurant.
