General information

This two year full time course has been designed to both incorporate the vocational content and skills that will allow students to become immediately employable and provide the academic underpinning that will allow students to progress to a possible third year at University of Central Lancashire where they can complete their full BA(HONS) degree in Sport Studies.

Who is the course for?

It has been developed and designed to provide a high quality learning experience for those students who aspire to work within the Sports Coaching sector.  Students must be over 18 years of age.

What do I need to join the course?

To gain entry to the course you are required to have A level points score of 40 in addition to 4 GCSEs (A-C); a merit score at diploma level, a relevant NVQ 3 or a higher education Access course with pass grade or above. Applicants may be accepted from mature students with qualifications that do not meet the entry requirements.
