Train
Lancaster train station is the nearest to college. See wwww.nationalrail.co.uk for train times and information.
The cycle way runs parallel to the station and it’s just a 15minute cycle direct to college (see the map above).
The main bus station in Lancaster is also near the train station (a 5 minute walk). See below for directions:
By foot and bus from Lancaster Train Station
- Exit the train and turn left onto Meeting House Lane
- Walk down the hill to meet the one way system (A6) with Waterstone’s Bookshop on the corner
- Turn left and follow the hill down to the bus station (on your right)
Public Service Buses
There are regular public service buses from Lancaster and Morecambe which stop near the Morecambe Road or Torrisholme Road entrances to the College. Bus numbers 2, 2a, 3, 4, 40, 41 and 42 will take you to the College’s main site.

Cycling
Lancaster and Morecambe was one of the original six places to be named a ‘cycling demonstration town’ back in 2005. The area has fantastic cycle links and the off-road cycle way runs right next to the college. See the above map for cycling links or click here for the detailed district cycling map.
