ESF – OLASS in the Community
This eighteen-month project, led by the Offender Learning and Skills Services (OLASS) team from Lancaster and Morecambe College includes CXL, Lancashire County Council, National Probation Service, Job Centre Plus, Blackpool and Fylde College, Myerscough College, Lancashire College and a number of voluntary sector providers.
Reducing NEET in Lancashire
This two-year project, led by LMC, includes CXL, Heysham High School, Skerton Community High School, Crookley Hall School, YMCA and the Young People's Learning Service.
Its aim is to reduce the number of 16-18 year-olds Not in Education, Employment or Training in the Lancaster and Morecambe Travel to Learn Area. The project will provide additional mentoring and support to 100 young people.

WORKOUT - Skills for Jobs for Offenders
This two-year project, led by the Offender Learning and Skills Service (OLASS) team from LMC includes CXL, National Probation Service and Job Centre Plus in the partnership.
The project will support offenders to prepare for and attain sustainable employment.

ON TRACK - Pathways to Level 2
This two-year project, led by Lancashire Colleges Consortium, aims to provide support and a structured introduction to help employees progress to NVQ2 andTrain to Gain.
4 Award in Lancashire
This two-year project, led by Lancashire Colleges Consortium, aims to provide support and training for NVQ Level 4 qualifications (or equivalent) to employees of companies with less than 50 employees.
Trainer Capacity Builder
This one-year project, led by the Fusion Partnership, aims to provide support and training for Assessor and Verifier awards. Employees of any size company, both private and public, are eligible.
