Charity Dinner
Lancaster and Morecambe Multiple Sclerosis Society
A charity dinner was hosted by LMC Business at Lancaster and Morecambe College to raise money for The Lancaster and Morecambe Multiple Sclerosis Society. Generous contributions from local businesses resulted in £200 being raised for the charity.
Sharon Jackson and Judith Johnson from The Lancaster and Morecambe Multiple Sclerosis Society explained that the money would be put into branch funds to support such things as Further Education and Gym Membership for MS sufferers. Last year, donations to branch funds were used to support the purchase of eight mobility scooters.
