Disability Equality Scheme
This is Lancaster and Morecambe College’s first Disability Equality Scheme.
It describes how we will fulfil our duties to promote disability equality and avoid discrimination, harassment and victimisation of disabled people. The scheme will take effect from 4 December 2006.
The College will be looking to incorporate the Disability Equality Scheme, Race Equality Scheme and Gender Equality Scheme into a Single Equality Scheme in the near future.
