Gender Equality Scheme
This is Lancaster and Morecambe College’s first Gender Equality Scheme, which will continually be reviewed as comments are received.
It describes how we will fulfil our duties to promote gender equality and avoid discrimination, harassment and victimisation. The scheme will take effect from 1 May 2007.
The College will be looking to incorporate the Gender Equality Scheme, Race Equality and Disability Equality Scheme into a Single Equality Scheme in the near future.
