Learning Support can be help in class, dyslexia assessments, alphasmarts, laptops, exam access or arrangements.
Can I get help with exams?
If you think this may apply to you tell us as soon as you can, or tell your tutor when you start your course.
You may be entitled to:
- A reader
- A writer
- A word processor
- Rest breaks
- Extra time
- Large print
- A quiet room

We will need to get evidence to send to the examining body. Evidence may be:
- A medical/doctors note or
- A school/educational psychologist’s report or
- An assessment by a specialist teacher or
- A tutor statement about your usual way of working when you are at college
