Without doubt the best part and what will always stay with me was the people. The comradery, the friends, the laughs we all had, this isn’t only my fellow peers but also my tutors as well, both Kevin and Ant were incredible and great to get on with.

What have you done since leaving Lancaster & Morecambe College?
I went to Huddersfield University where I studied BA (Hons) Computer Games Design. I ended up finding my passion professionally as a software tester, where I started as a Junior and have progressed upwards gaining qualifications and I’m now working in Leeds at a digital agency as part of a new team brought in to build up and develop and test suites for the business.

What is your favourite thing about your job?
Working as a software tester is like spending each day solving puzzles, I need look at User/Dev/ Business stories and understand the functions/requirements of a piece of work. I have always loved puzzles, and being given the freedom to and responsibility to go and look at different “puzzles” each day and “solve” them, is extremely rewarding and enjoyable.

What were the best bits about your course?
Without doubt the best part and what will always stay with me was the people. The comradery, the friends, the laughs we all had, this isn’t only my fellow peers but also my tutors as well, both Kevin and Ant were incredible and great to get on with.

Anything else you would like to tell us?
I have nothing but good memories for my experiences throughout my studies at LMC, and will always remember how much enjoyment I had.
