I studied here doing Public Services Level 3 and loved it so I decided to stay for another year. I initially chose LMC as it was one of the few that taught Public Services, but also because it is a really good college.

What are you doing after College?
I hope to get a place at one of the three universities that I have applied to, UCLanEdge Hill and Liverpool John Moores, to study Paramedic Practice.

What were the best bits about your course?
Being able to meet new people and having new and harder challenges has been amazing. I also achieved a distinction in my first Sociology which I am really proud of.

Why did you choose your course?
The HNC will give me a strong understanding of university level of work, as well as also giving me more education about a topic that I have previously studied at Level 3.

What would you say to someone who was thinking about doing the same course?
I would definitely recommend the course to someone, if it was relevant to what they want to do in the future, because it has challenged me and taught me new skills.

Anything else you would like to tell us?
Lancaster & Morecambe College has opened so many doors and opportunities for me to be able to progress into university and become a multi-skilled individual. I can’t thank the Sports and Public Services staff enough.
