This workshop is run for anyone who needs the IT Basics, setting up an email address, writing and sending emails, attaching documents, using the internet safely, keeping passwords safe and as well as basic Microsoft Word and Excel techniques.

This course is suitable for complete beginners. Through 1-1 and small groups you will learn the basics of using a computer, working through a workbook whilst having an expert tutor on hand to guide you through.
