What do I need to join?

You will need:
• To be 16 years of age or above
• It may also be useful to have already achieved a Level 1 or 2 qualification in health and social care.
• To complete a satisfactory initial assessment in literacy skills.

This qualification aims to increase awareness and understanding of behavior that challenges in a range of organisations and settings.

Who is this course for?

The course is designed for any learner that wants to understand behaviour that challenges and learn how to support individuals who exhibit behaviour that is perceived as challenging.
