What do I need to join?

You will need:
• D-G/3-1 in GCSE Mathematics or Level 1 Key Skills/Functional Skills or L1 Adult Numeracy
• A score of 30-40% in a Level 2 diagnostic assessment
• Commitment to your studies
• Be able to work independently

General Information

This subject is offered as a one year evening class at Foundation Level. Learners will be able to improve their maths skills and achieve Functional Skills Level 1 or Level 2.

Who is this course for?

The course is suitable for school leavers and adults who would like to improve their Maths with a view to progressing to the full GCSE in the following year or for their personal progress in education, employment and life.
