Past students have provided much positive feedback regarding the value of the course. Recently, students have participated in a real life recruitment activity which involved interviewing and selecting an applicant for a senior post. Former student David Mace stated 'I developed a lot of interpersonal skills when asking questions and listening to the candidates, I also gained knowledge of how the college recruits and what they do to choose who should take up a position. This experience will be invaluable to me in the future'.
