What do I need to join?
4 GCSEs at grade D/3 or higher including Maths or English OR a Level 1 related qualification PLUS grade D/3 or higher in Maths or English.
As well as this you should have enthusiasm for the subject, commitment to study and enjoy working with people.
This course is designed to give you a broad range of cookery skills and research into the hospitality industry. The practical classes will include food preparation and food service. The theory lessons will cover the essential knowledge and will complement the required assignment work.
Who is this course for?
The course is suitable for school leavers and adults who would like a career in the catering and hospitality sector – food preparation and cooking, and food and drink service.
