Choosing to study Hospitality and Catering will give you access to a team of expert tutors who have personal experience of working at some of the UK’s top hotels and restaurants. Through their extensive knowledge, you will learn how to develop the skills and techniques needed to make it as a chef in a busy kitchen environment. As you progress through the qualification levels, you will gain confidence in your skills and begin to develop your individual style of cooking.

Career options include becoming a professional chef. restaurant manager or events manager. What do I need to join?
5 GCSEs at grade C/4 or higher including Maths and English OR a Level 2 related qualification PLUS grade C/4 or higher in BOTH Maths and English.
Entry criteria will be applied at the discretion of the course manager.
This is an Advanced Diploma Level 3 course that runs for 34 weeks.
