Choosing to study Hospitality and Catering will give you access to a team of expert tutors who have personal experience of working at some of the UK’s top hotels and restaurants. Through their extensive knowledge, you will learn how to develop the skills and techniques needed to make it as a chef in a busy kitchen environment. As you progress through the qualification levels, you will gain confidence in your skills and begin to develop your individual style of cooking.

Career options include becoming a professional chef. restaurant manager or events manager. Hospitality Traineeship (A32426-A1A)
What do I need to join?
You need to be motivated to work towards the skills and qualifications to progress to support progression into an Apprenticeship or employment.
You also need to be punctual, reliable, have good interpersonal skills and to present yourself professionally in the workplace.
A Traineeship is a work based learning programme tailor made around your needs. It offers the chance to undertake quality work experience in an employment sector of your choice for a minimum of 100 hours. As a successful trainee you will have developed the skills and knowledge to apply for an Apprenticeship and be more skilled and confident to apply for jobs.
You will cover maths and English skills, work preparation skills and have a practical work placement.
Who is this course for?
If you feel that a work based learning programme is for you and are aged 16 to 24 without a full Level 3 qualification, a Traineeship might be for you.
If you have little or no work experience, a Traineeship might be for you.
