CAN I STUDY FOR FREE?

If you are 23 or under in September and studying for your FIRST FULL LEVEL 2 or FIRST FULL LEVEL 3 course, this may be FREE.

You may also be eligible for FREE study if you are unemployed and receive an eligible benefit and you are taking the course to help you find employment. You may be eligible for a subsidised rate of £25 per course for certain eligible courses if you are employed and are in receipt of certain benefits for certain courses.

If you think you will qualify for free or subsidised rates, you must bring the evidence with you at the time of enrolment and it must be dated within 3 months of the start date of the date you enrol.

IF YOU DO NOT ALREADY HAVE A MATHS OR ENGLISH GCSE GRADE C/4 OR HIGHER YOU CAN STUDY GCSEs FOR FREE.

AGED 18 OR UNDER?

Whilst you can take any of our part time courses, we have a wider choice of full time courses and Apprenticeships that you can study for free. Please contact us on 0800 306 306 or 01524 521237 for advice on the best course for you.

AGED 19 OR OVER?

If you are aged 19 the Government Advanced Learning Loan scheme offers you the chance to study without any costs up front on courses marked in this guide as eligible for loan. The loans are non means tested and you would not make any repayments until April 2018, and then only if you are earning more than £21,000 per year. More information on the scheme is available here or call us on 01524 521237.
