This course is for people who want to gain a full understanding, and knowledge of health and safety processes, in a warehousing environment, including manual handling, checking of stock, order processing, and the packing and storage of goods for dispatch.
You will also look at detailed customer service processes, and the impact they will have on an organisation.
On sucessful completiotn of this course you will gain a Principles of Warehousing Certificate Level 2 from TQUK.
PLEASE NOTE: To complete a Distance Learning course you must be aged over 19.

Unit 1 - Health and Safety requirements in a warehousing environment.
Unit 2 - Understand the principles of warehousing goods.
Unit 3 - Understanding the processes of stock checking and preparing goods for dispatch.
