Remote Access to Leading Lancashire

The LMC Business Team are now digitally delivering all Leading Lancashire courses over the coming weeks via video conferencing.

Leading Lancashire

Lancaster and Morecambe College has successfully secured European Social Funding to support employees of all ages to develop effective leadership and management skills and behaviours. The programme of activity will enable people to progress into, develop and sustain leadership and management roles, as well as support for progression in work, tackling disadvantages and wider careers choices.

The project will work with SMEs and the self-employed in the following Lancashire Local Enterprise Partnership priority sectors; Engineering, Advanced Manufacturing, Energy & Environment, Digital, Creative, Visitor Economy, Financial Services and Construction. 

The Leading Lancashire project will be delivered by a consortium of 11 organisations, including Lancaster & Morecambe College and will be led by the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan). Activities will be delivered across the partnership through coordinated promotional campaigns and will be supported by robust needs assessment, focussing on upskilling, advice and guidance and coaching/mentoring activities. Lancaster & Morecambe College are proud to offer a range of Chartered Management Institute (CMI) awards and certificates in Leadership and Management delivered by a highly experienced team.

All Leading Lancashire courses are now being delivered digitally over the coming weeks. Once registered onto a course, you will receive instructions on how to join your conference call via email, this email will include your meeting ID and password.
