The College is consulting on its new Strategic Plan for 2021-26 and would welcome feedback from local businesses across the district.

Despite the current challenges that face employers, the community and education, Lancaster & Morecambe College is in a strong place to move forward in supporting the community over the next five years. We seek a strong voice from local businesses and wider stakeholders to shape our roadmap in that period to deliver your requirements.

Please see the College’s existing Strategic Plan, prepared in 2018, which has guided us to a much stronger position in terms of financial health, with a good Ofsted inspection and in receipt of numerous awards & commendations.

We look to our Strategic Plan for the next five years to continue our journey of success and positivity, as the community navigates and recovers from the Covid crisis, and would welcome your comments to inform the drafting of our new Plan.
