Skill Share Recruitment Event

Adults in our community are keen to learn new skills and gain knowledge across a whole range of subjects and we are growing our part-time provision to meet this demand.  

We are looking to recruit a bank of hourly-paid staff who will deliver training to classes on LMC campus and at various locations across the district, from Garstang to Milnthorpe, and places in between. 

You don't have to have a qualification or previous teaching experience; just the passion to share your skills with like-minded adults.  

Come along to our Recruitment Evening on Wednesday, 22 February (6pm - 8pm) and meet with our Adult & Community Learning Manager and Personnel team, who will talk you through the processes involved. Relevant training and development opportunities will be available for successful candidates. 

Priority areas include:

• Construction and DIY
• Baking and culinary skills
• Creative crafts and digital arts

but we would welcome interest from a wide range of subjects.
