Going to college once a week gives me a wider range of jobs to work on in a workshop setting.
What has been your biggest accomplishment during your Apprenticeship?

Comments from Callum’s employer - Michelle Kennon
What are the best qualities of your Apprentice?
He is always happy to help... even if it’s not his job.
Why did you choose to have an Apprentice?
We need more young people in the trade and University is not always for everyone. A more hands on practical job is the best way to learn and I feel that you can progress just as well in the industry if you put your mind to it. The College is handy and Louise, the tutor is fabulous. The regular reviews that LMC do with our Apprentices not only help them with their learning, but also help me with their progress.
