Whilst classes are being delivered remotely, LMC learners will need to access digital resources and software in order to complete their work during the lockdown period. Please find information on how to do so below; 

How do I access IT support?

You can access the IT helpdesk on 01524 521265 and via email between 9am – 2pm, Monday – Friday. 

I've forgotten my password, what do I do?

Email Computer Helpdesk with your name, date of birth and student number and they will reset it for you.

I'm having problems on Moodle/Microsoft Teams, who do I contact?

You can contact Student & Learning Services for all your Moodle enquiries. If you're struggling to access your course's MS Teams channel, please contact your tutor or course administrator. 


We are all spending more time on-line at the moment; College classes are being taught via MS Teams, conversations are taking place using video apps and lots of us are using a wide range of social media platforms to stay in touch with friends and family.  So, it is more important than ever to ensure that you protect yourself from negative influences and stay safe.
