This Introduction to Professional Baking course is designed to explore your professional baking skills, and will begin with a range of different cakes and sponges, culminating in a celebration cake finale. No home study is required
On successful completion of this course you will gain NCFE Level 1 Award in Creative Craft (Cake Decoration)

Upon successful completion of this course students can progress onto additional part time courses.

To study this course you must have a commitment to study as well as a proven interest within this vocation.
- Course Fees
This course costs £132.50, including exam fees.
You may be eligible for free study if you are 23 or under and this is your first full Level 2 or 3 course. Alternatively, if you are unemployed, receiving an eligible benefit, and taking the course to help you find employment.
