During this Intermediate Professional Baking course you will further develop your professional baking skills, and will fine tune your finishing skills to execute professional standard baked goods.
On successful completion of this course yo uwill be awarded Level 2 Award in Creative Craft (Cake Decoration)

On this course you will demonstrate competence through practical observation, and the completion of a portfolio of evidence which may contain written answers to questions, photographic evidence and witness testimonies.

This course costs £135.00, including exam fees.
You may be eligible for free study if you are 23 or under and this is your first full Level 2 or 3 course. Alternatively, if you are unemployed, receiving an eligible benefit, and taking the course to help you find employment.
