This course will build on your chocolate knowledge and will focus on decoration and using confectionery skills to take your creation to the next level. The course will support the development of your skills for employment within the catering Industry.
On successful completion of theis course you will be awarded the NCFE Level 2 Award Creative Craft (Cookery)
On this course you will be involved in practical activities which will help to develop your skills competence, and you will build a portfolio of evidence throughout course.
Upon successful completion of this course students can progress onto other part time adult courses. Students can use these qualifications to work towards becoming skilled in their ideal job in the Hospitality & Catering industry.

To study this course you must have a proven interest in this vocation and the ability to produce a small portfolio of knowledge based questions and photographs.
This course costs £135.00, including exam fees.
You may be eligible for free study if you are 23 or under and this is your first full Level 2 or 3 course. Alternatively, if you are unemployed, receiving an eligible benefit, and taking the course to help you find employment.
