This Level 4 qualification will develop your skills and knowledge in laser and light treatments to reduce hair growth and their application for rejuvenation of the skin. You will also develop your understanding of managing safe working environments and practices associated with these treatments along with demonstrating client care and effective communication whilst managing client expectations.

Course Overview

Units of study include:

  • Management of Health, safety and security in the salon

  • Client care and communication in beauty related industries

  • Laser and light treatments for hair removal

  • Lase and light treatments for skin rejuvenation

The course consists of both pracitcal assessments and theoretical exams.

The qualification is supported by HABIA standard setting body for Beauty Therapy qualifications.

Entry Requirements

All learners must hold a Level 3 in Beauty Therapy.

  • Good communication skills

  • Evidence of practical skills

Course Fees

This course costs £1645.00, including exam fees.

You may be eligible for free study if you are 23 or under and this is your first full Level 2 or 3 course. Alternatively, if you are unemployed, receiving an eligible benefit, and taking the course to help you find employment.
