This course is designed for students wishing to gain employment in the Early Years Education sector or progress onto further study at a higher level.
The course will equip you with underpinning knowledge, understanding and skills for success in employment in a supervisory or lower management level. It will also help you to develop techniques, and personal qualities and attitudes essential for successful performance in working life and enable you to make an immediate contribution to employment.

Who is this Course for?

An apprenticeship is a genuine job, with training. Apprentices will learn and gain professional competencies in their chosen career, whilst receiving a wage. Apprenticeships are suitable for well-motivated people who are focused and know which career they want to follow. All apprenticeships offer high quality work-based training as an alternative to full time education. From April 2020, the apprenticeship minimum wage is £4.15 per hour. What qualification will I get?

On completion of this course you will receive the Pearson BTEC Level 4 Higher National Certificate Diploma in Advanced Practice in Early Years Education which is nationally recognised by employers and Higher Education providers.
