Caroline Openshaw, Head of Public Services

I was previously an Air Cadet at 455 (Morecambe & Heysham) Squadron and since then I’ve always known I wanted to go into the public services as an officer in the RAF. To be an officer, you need a qualification equivalent to A-levels and College offers that.  I can do a course that directly links to my chosen career.
