This course offers you an opportunity to develop your own confidence, problem solving skills, team building, stress mamangement and an introduction to peer support skills. You will also complete a Level 1 Award in Personal Resilience and Perserversance. You also have the option to complete and Essential Digital Skills and Functional Skills qualification too.
This course consists of 5 consecutive days in college.
Through completing a portfolio of work youwill build evidence to achieve a Level 1 Progression Award.
The week will consist of group working and discussion to develop your own skills and confidence. Evidence for your protfolio through written and photographic work will be completed alongside the online Level 1 Award in Personal Resilience and Perserverance.
There will be time to gain further careers advice during the week if you like with one of our careers experts.
On successful completion of this course you can progress on to
Higher Development Award Level 2

This course costs £83.00, including exam fees.
You may be eligible for free study if you are 23 or under and this is your first full Level 2 or 3 course. Alternatively, if you are unemployed, receiving an eligible benefit, and taking the course to help you find employment.
