This course aims to explore the way people construct their responses to behaviours they're confronted with. It will enable you to recognise and manage you responses to provide a sound and stable emotional state to move forward with.

How we can recognise and reorganise behaviours The ABC model
How to use Debriefs and Evaluations
On successful completion of this course you may progress onto the CMI Leadership and Management Level 5 Apprenticeship
There are no specific entrty requirements for this course
This course costs £6.00, including exam fees.
You may be eligible for free study if you are 23 or under and this is your first full Level 2 or 3 course. Alternatively, if you are unemployed, receiving an eligible benefit, and taking the course to help you find employment.
