You will develop a sizeable portfolio across a range of disciplines, all of which will help you demonstrate your abilities when progressing to the next level.

John Lambert, Head of Visual & Creative Studies

Students can also progress to the HNC/HND in Music Performance & Technology at LMC.

Where does it lead?

Destinations include BIMM Manchester, University of Huddersfield, Liverpool University, Salford University and the HNC/HND course here at LMC. Career options include performing as a singer and musician as well as working as a producer.

"For the last 3 years, I’ve been studying Music at Lancaster & Morecambe College and it’s been great. I’d just like to say a big thanks to all the tutors for being so cool during my time there. If you’re local and looking to study music, I’d definitely recommend you come here. The best tutors you can possibly ask for! They have been really great in supporting me with my touring and recording schedule alongside my studies and I feel that now I am ready to go full time as a musician. I’m still going to be around though, I’m recording album number three at LMC Studios!”
