Employer Evening

Wednesday 30 March, 3pm - 7pm 

Our Employer Evening will host up to 40 businesses at Lancaster & Morecambe College, where local recruitment opportunities can be showcased to hundreds of visitors and current LMC students, with a focus on training, skills, education, and the future workplace. 

The Employer Evening enables exhibitors to engage with the local community, who are attending with the specific intention of starting their career in a chosen industry. There are many excellent business reasons to take a stand at the Employer Evening: 

• Recruit team members in various areas of your business 
• Network with other organisations, both small and large
• A productive way to meet members of the community looking to start their careers in a new industry 
• A cost-free opportunity to promote your business
