The arts and entertainment industry isn't just about the live performances, it's about all the other individual skills that are needed to create those events. So, looking at all the different organisations that they work with in terms of live events, and our learners will link into those live events, and support them in their development for their future careers.

John Lambert, Visual & Creative Studies Manager said,

We cover a whole range of creative disciplines from traditional arts, painting, drawing through to the more kind of contemporary digital stuff, video making, games making, animation.

Professor Vanessa Toulmin, Chair of Winter Gardens Preservation Trust said,

So we're working with Lancaster and Morecambe College and we're calling the Young Creative Pathway and we'll have 16-18 year olds who enrolled in the College, who can do a two-week placement on every aspect of what the theatre is going through and all our partners.
