An introduction to chocolate making will begin with an explanation of the process chocolate undertakes from cocoa bean to chocolate bar and the difference between milk, white and dark chocolate. We will also be exploring the art of tempering chocolate and turning chocolate into different creations such as lollipops using transfer sheets and chocolate truffles.
You need to be 19+, and if you earning less than £25,000, it's free! Proof of benefit or pay slip required at enrolment.

This course costs £10.00, including exam fees.
You may be eligible for free study if you are 23 or under and this is your first full Level 2 or 3 course. Alternatively, if you are unemployed, receiving an eligible benefit, and taking the course to help you find employment.
