We will be creating Christmas themed figures using chocolate and exploring different decorations to give them that festive feel. During this session we will also dip our toe into the world of chocolate tempering and why this technique is so important to create professional looking chocolates.
You need to be 19+, and if you earning less than £25,000, it's free! Proof of benefit or pay slip required at enrolment.

This course costs £5.00, including exam fees.
