In March we will be running four weeks of after school taster sessions. Designed for students in Years 10 and 11, these sessions will give students a flavour of college life to help them make the right choice when deciding on a course after school.

Football Studies

Tuesday 4:15 - 5:15pm 19/03/2019 1 A football academy related taster day. For potential students who are interested in football. This is an opportunity for students to sample aspects of the football studies course and also giving them the opportunity to show off their ability through various drills and practices.

Public Services

Tuesday 4:15 - 5:15pm 05/03/2019 12/03/2019 2 A range of Public Service team building and career activities followed by a review/skills audit of performance. Different sports x 4 over 4 weeks. Students to review their performance each week, set targets to develop and repeat to see if target has been reached.

Week 2 – Mark making – Learn why mark making is so crucial for early years development. Begin to understand how children are using mark making as their first step towards writing.
