Positive Prospects is a flexible, supportive programme designed to help young people who are Not in Education, Employment, or Training (NEET) or at risk of disengaging from education. We offer a safe, motivating space to rebuild confidence, gain practical skills, and explore future pathways.
Positive Prospects supports 16–24-year-olds to build confidence, develop skills, and progress intoeducation, work, or volunteering through personalised support and practical activities.
We work with local schools to deliver half-day taster sessions for Year 11 students at risk of becoming NEET,offering early intervention and a positive introduction to post-16 education.
Our trauma-informed approach, wraparound support, and learner-led activities help young people overcome barriers and rediscover their potential. Whether they’re struggling with confidence, routine, or social engagement, Positive Prospects offers a fresh start.
