Career options include becoming a professional chef. restaurant manager or events manager. Past students have gone on to further their careers in some of the country’s finest kitchens and restaurants working alongside world renowned chefs and managers such as Lisa Allen (who herself studied hospitality at LMC), Simon Rogan at L’Enclume and Ian Swainson at The Samling Hotel, Windermere.
