Choosing to study Hospitality and Catering will give you access to a team of expert tutors who have personal experience of working at some of the UK’s top hotels and restaurants. Through their extensive knowledge, you will learn how to develop the skills and techniques needed to make it as a chef in a busy kitchen environment. Career options include becoming a professional chef. restaurant manager or events manager. Past students have gone on to further their careers in some of the country’s finest kitchens and restaurants working alongside world renowned chefs and managers such as Lisa Allen (who herself studied hospitality at LMC), Simon Rogan at L’Enclume and Ian Swainson at The Samling Hotel, Windermere.
