You will take a lead in developing specialist training in Accountancy ranging from short courses to apprenticeship provision.  Working with local employers, you will be pro-active in promoting Accountancy courses and responding to employers’ training needs.  You will have a desire to support students to succeed by delivering high quality teaching specifically in AAT professional accounting.

We require you to be educated to AAT/ACCA minimum level 4 and have a PGCE or Certificate in Education (or be supported to gain during employment, within specified timescale).

PERFORMANCE & IMPACT MANAGER

A new key cross College management position with a mandate to demonstrate meaningful impact in priority areas of performance through data interrogation, analysis and reporting. 

The successful candidate will have significant experience of data management; compliance and quality control within an FE or similar education environment and is therefore likely to have a background in curriculum or management information services or similar.

Working with a supportive and dynamic team in our Apprenticeships and Employer Engagement department, you will contribute to the growth and development of apprenticeships and training programmes in Residential Childcare.  With a background of management in Residential Childcare and in supporting young people in an educational environment, you will liaise with employers within the sector and market the College’s training provision

A higher level administrative role for a highly capable and organised individual, able to drive a varied and demanding administrative function, including work with teaching staff in an expanding, multi-disciplined curriculum area to record, manage, analyse and report on a wide range of dynamic, real-time data and to develop and consolidate effective reporting systems.

MANAGEMENT INFORMATION & COMPLIANCE LEAD

Do you have experience of data management and a commitment to quality?  We are seeking a highly organised team member to support our College Information Services (CIS) Operations Manager with data cleansing and the preparation and submission of accurate, timely funding returns and reporting.  You will be educated to Level 3 or above in a relevant discipline and be a fast learner, with an aptitude for statistics and process development.

CASUAL LEARNING SUPPORT ASSISTANT

£9.02 per hour, including holiday pay paid separately 3 times per annum in holiday periods
Variable hours dependent on student numbers, term-time only (38 weeks per year)
Temporary post to 1 July 2019

You will have previous experience of supporting people with learning difficulties and/or disabilities in an educational setting.  You will possess GCSE Maths and English or equivalent Level 2 qualification, along with a desire to enable students inside and outside the classroom and promote inclusive learning.
