Residential Childcare Trainer

Job Ref: BS 1128

£25,211 per annum, Support Scale Fixed Point 29 plus £1,000 Shortage Skills Allowance.
37 hours a week.

The Residential Childcare Trainer will support the growth and development of apprenticeships and training programmes in Residential Childcare, responding to the needs of local employers. They will also support the Training Development Lead in the co-ordination and IV of NVQ programmes within Residential Childcare, recording and captured skills development, planning assessments/IV in line with College policy and awarding body requirements.
