37 hours per week

Working with a supportive and dynamic team in our Apprenticeships and Employer Engagement department, you will lead a team to drive the growth and development of apprenticeships and training programmes in Residential Childcare.  With a background of management in Residential Childcare and in supporting young people in an educational environment, you will liaise with employers within the sector and market the College’s training provision.

We are seeking a qualified Residential Childcare specialist to work in the North East of England (in the environs of Bishop Auckland).  You will have a background of management in Residential Childcare and in supporting young people in an educational environment.  A good communicator, you will liaise with employers within the sector and contribute to the success of apprenticeships and training programmes in Residential Childcare. The successful applicant will receive the full support and expertise of the Residential Childcare team and LMC Business department at the College.)
