Traineeship programmes are designed to provide learners with the skills and work experience employers require. You will undertake a work experience in an area of your choice along with work preparation skills such as CV writing, interview preparation and team working skills to support your progression. Learners without a GCSE grade C/4 or above in English and Maths will continue to study these subjects. Completing a Traineeship can lead onto a full Apprenticeship, further study or employment
This course is designed for 16-18 year old and will be delivered as a study programme which includes math and English where applicable and work experience. The course will include a substantial amount of careers related learning designed to support progression to the suitable next step, this could include educational trips, employability skills and employer encounters such as guest speakers.
You can start this course at any time throughout the year.
