What Our Clients Say About Us...

MELISSA BURTON, GOODY GOOD STUFF

Goody Good Stuff"When looking to employ someone I am more likely to pick someone with a vocational qualification than I am to take someone with a university qualification. I love the freshness that comes with taking on an apprentice and the fact that they have not been corrupted by corporate UK or academia.I would recommend to anyone working in a business that they should take an LMC apprentice on. My first apprentice Georgina has been invaluable to me. Her creativity and free thinking have been instrumental in the setup of many of our new campaigns."

SAM BAJGAR, HR MANAGER FROM SAINSBURY’S:

Sainsbury's LogoLMC Business worked with JobcentrePlus to develop and deliver a bespoke programme to candidates interested in applying for jobs in the Sainsbury’s store in Morecambe

"The scheme has been a great success attracting some strong candidates. It was a great benefit that we were able to give the applicants hands on experience of working in retail before the interview. We look forward to working the College and JobCentrePlus in the future to support our recruitment.”

SAVE AND CLAIM

Save & ClaimAt Save and Claim we are committed to CPD and LMC Business have helped us with this. The professional and efficient way that our needs were dealt with impressed us immensely. The support and flexibility they offer is ideal for us. The members of our Staff who completed NVQ Level 2 Certificate in Customer Service and NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Business and Administration were motivated by the tutors and found the whole experience enjoyable, encouraging some of them to progress onto the next level. Our apprentices were all offered full-time positions and are climbing the career ladder within the Company.

We would not hesitate in recommending LMC Business and look forward to all our future dealings with them.
