An apprenticeship gave me the opportunity to work and earn while I learn, fast-tracking my career. I knew it would provide me with knowledge and skills needed to progress. Being able to apply my theoretical knowledge gained from the course into real workplace situations has helped me perform better at work and progress faster.

Is this the first course you have done through LMC?
Yes

What are the best things about your Apprenticeship?
Being in a workplace in an unfamiliar industry to me could have been really daunting, but with the support of the college and my employer, I’ve been able to grow in confidence and embrace every opportunity that has come my way. I’ve progressed faster than I expected and that is down to the combined effort of LMC, OEP and myself.

Any other comments?
I’ve had such a positive experience with my apprenticeship at LMC that it’s encouraged my sister to apply, and she will now begin her apprenticeship with LMC in September too.
