What do I need to join?
3 GCSEs at grade D-G PLUS grade 2/f or higher in Maths or English.
Entry criteria will be applied at the discretion of the course manager.
This course is designed to give you a broad range of cookery skills and will form an introduction into the hospitality industry. The practical classes will include food preparation and food service. The theory lessons will cover the essential knowledge and will complement the required assignment work.
Who is this course for?
The course is for suitable for school leavers and adults who would like a career in the Catering and Hospitality sector - food preparation and cooking, and good and drink service.
